Alexandra Grant and Keanu Reeves share a rare public kiss

While playing the cold-blooded assassin John Wick, Keanu Reeves and his long-term love Alexandra Grant won over hearts this weekend.

The couple appeared on the red carpet at the Museum of Contemporary Art Gala in Los Angeles, when they were captured smiling, laughing, and kissing.

Award-winning visual artist Grant wore a floor-length, vibrant red floral gown for the event, and Reeves looked sharp in a navy suit and striped tie.

In a recent interview, reeves provided some unique insight into the relationship when asked about his “last moment of bliss.”

The “Matrix” actor said last month, “A couple of days ago with my honey. We were sleeping. We had a connection. We were giggling, grinning, and laughing. I feel fantastic. Being together was just really great.”

Although Reeves and Grant went public with their romance in November 2019 when they walked the red carpet of an LA art gala hand-in-hand, they have had a professional relationship for years.

The two worked together on Reeves’ 2011 debut poetry volume, “Ode to Happiness,” for which Grant provided the pictures and which they published through the publishing business X Artists’ Books. In 2016, they collaborated once more on his book “Shadows.”

Grant admitted in 2020 that she wasn’t sure whether to tell people they were dating.

According to her, “I think every single person I knew called me in the first week of November, and that’s fascinating,” she said. “But throughout it all, my main concern has been, ‘What is the opportunity for good?’”
