A grieving mother has shared a heartbreaking warning after her 4-year-old twin daughters, Kellan and Aurora Starr, died in 2023 in a tragedy their family never imagined could happen. Sadie Myers said she and her husband, Don Starr, had a large cedar chest in their home that they used to store toys and stuffed animals. One night, the twins apparently left their beds and climbed inside the chest, where they settled down together.
