The recording also captured an adult allegedly saying, “Let’s see what they do with him in public school,” before suggesting he “wouldn’t make it for a minute” at Live Oak Middle School. Milissa took the recordings public and brought the situation to the school’s attention. Two educators were ultimately fired, according to reports.

Milissa pulled Camden from the school and sought legal advice. She said the experience continued to affect him emotionally, while his mother warned other parents to pay close attention when a child’s behavior suddenly changes.
