This is Ulf Schewein. He is 74 years old and in perfect health. He’s been living in his neighborhood for 40 years and he’s really tired of motorists driving too fast near his home. He decided to take matters into his own hands. He took his hair dryer, went to the side of the street and stared at the motorists like this:And you know what? That worked! Cars believe really it’s a police so they slow down. He is retired so he finds it’s very funny to do that his days. The speed signs are not clear, the police seem to be preoccupied with other matters… so it’s the only way for the moment to slow down the cars.
