Sean “Diddy” Combs’ daughters—twin sisters D’Lila and Jessie Combs, along with Chance Combs—have spoken publicly several times about the difficult period their family has faced amid their father’s legal troubles. While acknowledging the seriousness of the situation, they have consistently expressed their love and support for him throughout the process.
During Diddy’s sentencing hearing in October 2025, the three daughters became emotional as they asked the judge to show fairness and compassion. They explained that although their father is not a perfect man, he is still an important part of their lives. They also shared their hope that their 2-year-old sister, Love, would have the chance to grow up with her father.
Earlier, during the highly publicized trial in Manhattan in May 2025, the sisters reportedly stepped out of the courtroom several times to avoid hearing explicit testimony involving male escorts and Diddy’s former partner, Cassie. Even with the disturbing details presented in court, they remained by his side, attending the proceedings alongside their grandmother, Janice Combs.
Before the trial and sentencing, Diddy’s children, including his sons, also released a joint statement addressing what they described as false claims circulating online. They rejected conspiracy theories suggesting that their late mother, Kim Porter, had written a tell-all book before her passing in 2018, insisting those stories were untrue. Throughout the legal proceedings, the family has remained united while publicly defending one another.
