Green Tea Lemon Ginger Chews (Ingredients)

Green Tea Lemon Ginger Chews are a simple homemade treat made with green tea, fresh ginger, and lemon. Many people enjoy them as a flavorful way to add antioxidants and natural ingredients to their daily routine.

To make them, combine 3/4 cup cold water with 5 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin and let it bloom for a few minutes. In a separate saucepan, gently warm 1/2 cup strong brewed green tea, 1/3 cup ginger juice, and 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice. Add honey to taste if desired, then stir in the gelatin mixture until completely dissolved.

Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lightly greased dish and refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until firm. Once set, remove from the molds and store the chews in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

These chews provide the refreshing flavors of green tea, ginger, and lemon in a convenient bite-sized form. While many people enjoy them as part of a balanced lifestyle, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
