A Texas mother is being praised for stepping into danger after catching a man allegedly spying on her teenage daughter’s bedroom window. The incident happened on January 31, 2021, when Phyllis Pena returned home early in the morning in Lake Jackson and noticed a suspicious figure outside her house. Without hesitation, she confronted the situation to protect her child.
