A woman known online as Toxii has stunned social media with the dramatic transformation she has undergone in just a few years. A self-described body modification enthusiast, she is now heavily tattooed, with much of her upper body covered in black ink. Her changes go far beyond tattoos, including tongue splitting, tattooed eyes, horn-like forehead implants and the removal of her nose.

Toxii recently shared a rare before-and-after look at her transformation. Photos from 2019 show her with long blonde hair, soft makeup and no obvious modifications, while her current appearance is almost unrecognizable. Today, she embraces black hair, extensive tattoos and numerous body modifications, saying she likes being “imperfect” because imperfections can make people unique.
She has also spoken openly about the pain involved in some of the procedures. During an interview with artist Devon Rodriguez, she said her forehead implants were not particularly painful, but that having her nose removed was much worse. She said the healing process took around eight weeks. When asked whether she kept her removed nose, she casually replied that she keeps her body parts in “little jars.”
Her transformation has sparked strong reactions online. Some followers praise her confidence and individuality, while others question her decisions and say the changes are too extreme. Despite the criticism, Toxii continues to embrace her appearance and sees her modifications as a form of personal expression. Whatever people think of her look, her transformation has certainly made her one of the more controversial figures in the world of extreme body modification.
